All products are made to order and ship from our RideWrap locations in Canada, USA, UK, NZ, or Sweden. After checkout, your order will enter the queue for processing and production immediately.

You will receive a second email including a tracking number when your order is shipped. 

We work as hard as possible to get your package dispatched within 24-48hrs from when it enters processing, but please understand that our kits are made to order and may be subject to production timelines.

Kits listed as ‘In-Design’ or ‘Pre-Order’ are finishing their design phase and will have a waiting period prior to shipment. The team will ship your order as soon as possible.

July 2023: Spring and Summer are the busiest time of the year with cyclists worldwide excitedly getting their new bikes. Due to increased volumes, we are experiencing delays in some of our production facilities, and within our new kit design team. Please bear with the team as they work their hardest to make your products, and with the shipping couriers as they work to get the product to you quickly.

Average production time is quoted in business days and does not include time in transit.

Canada, Mexico, South America, and rest of the world: 1-2 business days

Priority Production: Priority production is an available service for your order. If you purchase Priority Production, your order will advance in the queue and be produced in a period shorter than orders without priority production. This service does not mean immediate production and there may still be a delay in production depending on volumes.

RideWrap does not produce or ship on weekends and/or statutory holidays. Deliveries are Monday-Friday, shipments, and deliveries are not made on weekends or statutory holidays.

Any order changes or cancellations must be made prior to shipping notification and will be confirmed by our Customer Service staff. If you have not received confirmation of your change by email, but have received a shipment notification (time being after you sent a request), please give us a call or another URGENT email as on the slight chance we may be able to catch it.

US Shipping

Orders will be shipped via USPS, DHL, Purolator, FedEx, or UPS at our discretion. New Zealand Shipping

WorldWide Shipping

Orders will be shipped via Canada Post/USPS, DHL, Purolator, FedEx, or UPS and from the most suitable warehouse at our discretion. While we look to ship all free shipping orders inclusive of a tracking number, certain areas may not ship with this service. The expected shipping service delivery timeline is quoted at checkout and is in business days from the day the shipment leaves the facility, not from the order date.

The buyer is responsible for any applicable Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees leveraged on international sales. Depending on your country, if you do not want to incur brokerage fees you can contact the courier and make note that you will clear the shipment yourself, if this is the case and you require a commercial invoice, we will be happy to provide one. We cannot ship to PO/APO Boxes internationally. All international shipments will receive a tracking number.

RideWrap does not offer return postage.

“Return to Sender”, refused packages, and destroyed packages

If a package is returned to the sender, the cost of return postage will be deducted from any refunds applicable in addition to other refund policies.

If a package is destroyed because of customer delivery refusal, no refunds are applicable per the refund policy.
