Warranty, Repairs And Responsibility
Protection Film Products
The RideWrap Protection Kits made of protection film are warranted for 10 years against yellowing and cracking.
- This warranty does not include damage or difficulty due to or during installation and/or due to installation solution or installation technique.
- This warranty does not include damages such as chips, scrapes, scratches, discoloration, cuts, etc caused by wear and tear, exposure to chemicals and other fluids and materials, and mostly by riding your bike. (RideWrap is a wear product and will get damaged during bicycle use.)
- This warranty does not include damage due to use with or around bike racks, bike bags, bike stands or the like.
- This warranty does not include damage due to improper storage.
RideWrap does not warrant any damage caused to your bicycle during installation or removal of any RideWrap products.
All RideWrap protection kits, including Tailored Protection™ models, may require trimming due to the variability in the manufacture of bicycles that they are intended to be applied. RideWrap does not warrant that pattern designs are free from design defects that may create a requirement to modify during install.
Unless an additional warranty is specifically stated on the applicable RideWrap product packaging or product literature, RideWrap warrants that each RideWrap product meets the applicable RideWrap product specification at the time RideWrap ships the product.
RideWrap makes no other warranties or conditions, express or implied.
RideWrap offers a general guarantee of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase on all its products with respect to defects in the material or manufacture; this does not apply to wear and tear, improper usage or storage, or improper installation.
Guarantee of information
Descriptions of the products, instructions, drawings, illustrations, data, as well as descriptions of weight, size and usage or performance, which are included in our brochures, catalogues, circulars, newsletters, advertisements and price lists, are of a purely informative nature. Public announcements, praise or advertisements do not represent a contractual condition as regards the goods. RideWrap gives no guarantee as to the accuracy of this information.
RideWrap cannot guarantee that communication of data via the Internet, given the state of current technology, is free from errors and always available. RideWrap is not responsible for any link to other web pages or sources, which may be created, and doesn’t guarantee their availability. RideWrap is not responsible for the content of said links, even in case there is no evidence of an illicit nature of their content.
During the period of guarantee, if a defect covered by the warranty is presented, RideWrap will, at its discretion, either repair the defect or replace the defective item. Any other request with regard to defective items, in particular any request for damages or the termination of the Agreement, is excluded.
Many factors beyond RideWrap’s control and uniquely within user’s knowledge and control can affect the use and performance of a RideWrap product in a particular application. Given the variety of factors that can affect the use and performance of a RideWrap product, the user is solely responsible for evaluating the RideWrap product and determining whether it is fit for a particular purpose.
Except where prohibited by law, RideWrap will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the RideWrap product, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including warranty, contract, negligence or strict liability. In the case of jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Titles are included for informative purposes only.
All warranty claims are handled by RideWrap exclusively. In the event of a claim or question, submit a request to email@example.com. All warranty claims must be substantiated with a purchase receipt and date/location of installer (if application). If pictures are available please submit these at the time of the claim showing overall condition of the product (wide shot) and up-close photos of the issues. If not submitted at the time, RideWrap will request photos to review the issue raised and will not continue a warranty claim without photos.
At its discretion, RideWrap may request the defective product be returned or destroyed to complete a warranty claim.
