RideWrap will accept returns on regular-priced, new merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date (online). After this time, a credit will be issued for a period of up to 30 days from the shipping date (online). As our products are made to order, specifically for you, we do not offer ‘free’ returns.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price as well as a deduction of our real outbound shipping costs (the actual cost of getting the product to you in the first place, which is subsidized in our checkout process up to the degree of free. The real outbound cost is not visible to you at checkout, but our staff is happy to share it on request).

Please be mindful when you make your order to ensure that you are ordering the correct products as this policy applies to returns for any reason including ordering mistakes. Once the order has left our facilities, this return policy applies.

Express Shipping upgrade paid at checkout: $3.69

Real outbound shipping cost: $18.69

Refund amount: $100*(80%)+$3.69-$18.69 = $65

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, not damaged and not peeled from the backing (for protection kits). All original tags and stickers must still be attached. Apart from the box, if it doesn’t still look brand new, we won’t accept it as new! The original invoice that was included with delivery must be sent with the returned package.

All returns must be shipped back to us with a tracked service. RideWrap does not offer return postage, we recommend the lowest cost tracked service, there is no rush once you have notified us.

RideWrap does not have an exchange process. If you have ordered the wrong kit, please order a new kit via the site to get that en route to you and submit a return request for your other order. If you have re-ordered by the time we receive your returned product, we will waive the restocking fee on your return.

Return to Sender, Refused packages, and destroyed packages

If a package is returned to the sender, the cost of return postage will be deducted from any refunds applicable in addition to other refund policies.

If a package is destroyed as a result of customer delivery refusal, no refunds are applicable per the refund policy.
